Hi, I am in the process of applying for TRV for my parents. Here are the queries -
1. Both my parents does not have post secondary education. By answering 'NO' will it have any effect on visa?
2. My father has training/diploma from Dubai 23 years back, do I need to include that?
3. Under Employment -
a. My father works but he receives salary in company cheques (It doesn't go to his account). Should I mention about it? I can get salary certificate but in bank statement it will not shoe any credit.
b. My father worked in Dubai for 25 years. He came back from Dubai 18 years back. Should I mention about this? What documents needed to submit?
c. We have property (apartment and shop) in his name. He submits tax returns too. What documents should we submit?

Please provide your valuable suggestion.

1. not having post secondary should not impact their application.
2. sure
3. im confused, if he receives company cheque he must deposit the cheque into some account to be able to convert it into currency? There must be a bank statement that has currency in it? otherwise how does he buy things like grocery for example. Does your father currently work or hes retired? you need to mention what he does for a living.

What is the purpose of visit? how long are they planning on staying? Have they travelled anywhere that requires a visa before? Do they have sufficient funds for the trip? Meaning does it make sense for them to do this trip taking into account how much money they have?
What can you show to ensure they will go back?

Answer to 3 - He uses the cash for groceries and other expenses. For living he has the rent from the apartment and shop.
Will it be wise not to include his work in home country as it is just for time pass? Yes he is retired (as mentioned he used to work in Dubai).

Purpose is to visit me and my brother. length of stay will be 2 weeks. They have good funds, infact enough for the trip. I have a sister who will be staying back in home country. Is this a good reason for them to go back?

What documents can ensure a stronger case?

sister only counts as a tie if shes under age. How old is she?
Sorry I am a little confused, he has enough funds for this trip but in cash? like he doesn't have a bank account where he deposits money?
Your purpose is good and length of stay is a good length.
I also suggest getting travel insurance for him as well as he is probably aged.

Have you thought about supervisa? In my personal opinion it is easier to get that compared to a visitor visa.

Sister is 24 years old. She is staying with my parents.
Yes he has bank account and there are deposits (rents from apartment and shop) and fixed term deposit. But what he gets as salary, he uses for monthly expenditure. (there is no direct deposit of salary amount to bank).

Will take travel insurance, he is 65 and mom is 55. When to take this insurance? after they get visa? Not thinking of supervisa as my brother will get married in 3 months and so I believe supervisa will take longer.
