I just started my physics masters and got a payed teaching assistant position in the same department I study for, I did sign a contract and I'm sure I can get a letter from the chef of the department if asked to prove my work. As you may guess this type of jobs is semester by semester, and each semester I get a new offer and Sign a new contract ( ex: my first contract is from sept 1 2019 to Dec 31 2019 ) so there could be a gap in the summer, would that be a red flag as my work experience should be continues?
Also I only work for 8 hrs/ week, so when I finish my masters I would still be far off the minimum 1560 hrs, according to my calculation i would still need around 900 hrs( in the last 10 years right?) But if I pursue a phd which I intend to do, usually I would get a teaching (or research) assistant position (will try to get a phd outside of canada so the work experience counts, or would it be faster to get a PR if I did my phd in canada?) can I add the work experience to that when I was doing my masters ? (assuming I would directly go for a phd after my masters).
And is there anything I'm missing? I'm 21, my English is acceptable and I have delf b2 in French so I assume I can get a few points when I do the tcf canada, and my career goal is to work in academia, that being a professor or a researcher.

I think I need to add that everything thing is outside of Canada
