I just update CSQ Approve via web form

Just noticed my PA received an email 10 days ago requesting CSQ and medical within 30 days (CSQ is impossible to provide because it take 4 months to be issued these days). I replied to IRCC with medical sheet proof (we did it few days ago) and MIFI AOR from October. Seemed like an automated generic email for a QC applicants.

Hi did you contact your Visa office on web form to issue you the Medical Request ?

You don't email them to ask them to issue medical... You have to wait. That's what causes them to have so many emails. If you are within 12 months processing time them emailing them is useless as they won't respond to you asking them to move along the application..
