Hi ,
My student visa got rejected for Jan 2020 intake due to reason mentioned below;

* I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay , as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

I had shown bank statement of Cad$ 24,000. Can anyone suggest me on this how should I processed next.

They don’t need more savings , it’s simple . They want you to show them assets you own , liquidated if possible, why because? It shows them it’s a tie for you to return .

I did showed them assets owned around Can$ 185,000 and saving deposit of Can$24,000 …….Now m planning to add another property and show total asset worth of Can$ 300,000 and savings of Can$ 38,000 for the duration of my course....Hope that will help to convince the officer...Does anyone knows if the application goes to same officer who declined when re-applied??

Do not do that, the sudden increase of money will be suspicious and obvious to them that the money does not belong to you, do not do my first application's mistake. You should add all of your assets and explain why you didnt include them in the first application and you should wait some time before increasing the money, people advice 4-6 months. You could try doing it again if you are able to explain every single thing including the sudden increase of money.
Best of luck!
