I wish to evaluate my qualifications through WES but not sure if professional qualifications (6 months online courses) done through University of Cape Town , South Africa and Massachusetts Institute of Technology , USA, need to be evaluated to gain some points.

i have done two bachelors at the same time in between 2000 - 2003, one from pvt university and other from government university ?Reason was pvt university were rumored to be losing of charter soon which didn't happened later so i continued both and completed.
my question is will wes accept both as 3 year bechelor, one was bcom other was BBA,and next year i did MBA which was of 1 year. so how my credentials will be judge?
anyone have idea please let me know
