You are good to apply. You have more than secondary education and experience as a Nanny too. However, its entirely upon Visa officer if he/she is satisfied with your experience. Were you paid through that experience ? Was it paid through Cash / Bank Transfers ? Do you have a proof of salary being paid and deposited into your account ? All these things will make your case stronger apart from being eligible. More proof of your employment / experience, better would be it for you.

I have received an email from IRCC to provide 3 years tax documents (T4 or Notice of assessment) to prove that I can pay to Home Support Worker.
File was received by IRCC on Aug 15th
And I am sponsor. Applicant has not received any update.
Has anybody else received similar email ?

Haven't you provided any NOAs alongwith application to prove Employer's eligibility to pay home support worker & meet LICO ? Though that was not mandatory to provide but it was good to provide alongwith.

Yes, I provided the recent ones along with the application. My file was received in August. However, I am wondering if they would ask for 3 years. Haven't received any email or update yet.
Check with your employer. only employer will receive an email notification.

My file was received on 14th August and I just received Application number and request for Biometrics yesterday ( 1st OCT ).... exactly after 7 weeks.... so be hopeful, yours would be on the way.....
