hi everyone. I received my CoPR today and was planning to do flagpoling tomorrow at Point Roberts but I am not sure if i will be allowed to do so if both my TRV and work permit were expired. Currently i am under implied status and I need to activate my PR through flagpoling. does anyone knows if i am allowed to do that given my situation?

also, im a little bit worried about having "admin. refusal" record in the US coz this might affect my future visa application to the country. does anyone here did flagpoling and then applied for US visa afterwards? Was it approved?

It’s flagpole, it will not affect your future USA visa. They have a diff stamp called flag pole and they put that stamp on last page on passport. It is not the refusal stamp. So chill

its just that some of the comments that i had read in diff. forums says that if you have admin. refusal record, chances are you will always be questioned regarding that everytime you enter US.

by any chance, do you happen to know if anyone is allowed to flagpole with Implied Status and expired TRV?

thanks in advance.

Flagpole and refusal are two diff things. I never been asked however in was at implied status too. I been to states 50 times with in my 6 months of my PR i even got nexus too.

Anyone knows if @point roberts, what is the process of doing it with Car.. If I drive my car, is there a u turn available to merge in the landing lane ? I have a small kid so public transport might not work for us.

have you done your Flagpole? If so can you help me on if you have gone in your car? If so, if there is a u turn in US side to allow me to be fed back to canada?
