Hi I'm being removed from the US because my father worked out of status for over a 100 days because our lawyer did not re-new my father's work permit. This will trigger a 10 year bar from the US when I leave the country. After years and years of appeals, they have final decided to remove me. Currently I have no visa in the US. I have no criminal history or even a small misdemeanor. I have explained the situation when I applied for an eTA and it was approved. Will there be an issue when I cross the border to Canada? Can I adjust my status when I get there? Please help.

Anything that can grant me a longer stay than 6 months.
I think there was a detailed answer in your other thread (first post). You cannot just leave USA and come to Canada to live here. You or your wife must qualify and be accepted as PR. You are not allowed to work or live in Canada on a visitor visa. You also would not have any medical coverage nor would your wife. You could have an issue when you try to cross the Canadian border as I believe the two countries share information. What is your home country passport?

Here is a link to your original thread.
