Apply study permit from a visiting country

Hello there,
I'm a Congolse citizen currently living and studying in south Africa. I applied for a Canadian study permit from South Africa in October last year while my study permit in South Africa was expiring the following month (November 2018).My studies fees were $15000 and I showed a bank statement of my mother with roughly $60000 but my application rejected for the simple reasons that there was not enough fund in the account and there was no proof that I will return to my country after my studies.

You will need the GCMS notes to find out the exact reason for rejection.

Hi Iam pakistani but recently iam living in bahrain as dependent iam studying in university of Bahrain bsc accounting and this is my last year Iam planining to study in canada at red river college pg diploma after complete my study

What decuments i need to apply for study permit ?
I searched and found that
I need acceptence letter
, proof of funds
, passport
, and fill some forms

But Iam not sure what kind of proof of funds i want to show
Iam planning to open gic account but not sure can i open gic as resident of bahrain

Please anyone can help me with right decuments i need to show with detail

List of documents is all on the IRCC website for a study permit. You want to pay first year tuition and show a minimum of $10k. An SOP explaining how the program will build on your education and advance your career in Pakistan. Expain how spending thousands will give you a higher salary and better career.

Sure you can set up a GIC. You are applying under non SDS.

Use the search tool - Bahrain GIC - and you will see others who have done and can ask them.
