No tracking activated - No change of status on CIC - Still no news about anything
Should I write or call them ??

I share a similar timeline. My passport is delivered on Oct 8th. No update to CIC profile online and no info on status. If you decide to write or call them, please let me know the best contact number or email ID to reach out as I don;t seem to find their contact details anywhere.

Hi,

Please let me know if u got back ur passport, I am trying to understand the time line. My husband submitted his passport on 30th September from his US address to Ottawa Office. since then there is no update on it. Nothing on GC Key or ECAS either.

If anyone can suggest the usual time takes by Ottawa CPC, would be very helpful.

Yesterday I got the update on the CIC profile, it says - final decision has made = approved
So I suppose they will send my passport back before the end of the week.

It will come soon! I tried to call IRCC but couldn't talk to any agent. It just ask me to enter my number and told me it got approved. So I guess we can just wait. I saw someone said " Usually, it takes 2 weeks to receive it back in Toronto!"
We have the same timeline so I guess it should activate the week of 2/25.... finger crossed

I sent my passport on Nov 4th. Canada Post tracker says out for delivery on Nov 6th. Since than no update.
Canada Post customer care says, we delivered the package in CPC-Ottawa's mail room and my package is not scanned individually, that is why no update on canada post tracker.

Basically, i dont know where my passport is currently.

p o box 8780 stn t csc,OTTAWA.,KIG 5A9
AM I good?
because I came to know tht PO BOX 9640 OTTAWA ,KIG 6T2 IS THE RIGHT ADDRESS TO SEND PASSPORT FOR STAMPING.
BOTH ARE TEMPORARY VISA RESIDENT SECTION.

PLZ REPLY IF ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT IT
