So your child is Canadian but that doesn't help you with immigration in the short term. When the child is 18 and earning enough money she will be able to sponsor you for PR. In the meantime you will have to apply on your own. This could impact your future visits as it may seem like you are coming to Canada just to give birth.
There is no guarantees that a child will be able to sponsor parents 25 years from now. Most children aren’t able to sponsor their parents until 25-30 or older. Nobody comes to see a show and decided to stay to give birth. You have a very large bill to settle which you may be paying for the rest of your life. We have seen other women who have done birth tourism struggle to visit Canada until their fertile years are over for fear that they will attempt to have a child in Canada again. I am not as optimistic as @scylla that you will receive discounts of 30-50%. Bills are not heavily inflated like in the US. ICU is extremely expensive and beds are in very short supply so a Canadian may have had to be flown elsewhere when your child used the Canadian health care system as a foreign national. If you have family members in Canada perhaps they will be able to help you out or provide some form of guarantee that you will pay such a large bill. I wish your child the best but it is not up to Ontario tax payers to pay for your bad decisions.
