LOE placeholder missing

Hi All,

I am about to file my e-APR and have uploaded all the relevant documents except the LOE for my accompanying spouse owing to missing LOE placeholder in accompanying spouse's section. I have raised this concern to IRCC web form as well but to no avail. Can somebody advise what can be done now.

E-APR last date to submit: 20-October-2019.....

There is only one placeholder for LOE in every application. Any LOE whether it is for primary or secondary applicant goes to that placeholder.

There's no LOE placeholder for a spouse, if you're on the same application.
Add spousal information in your general LOE and upload it into the "client information" section. Just create paragraphs/headers/bullet points to make it clear to the officer what pieces of information refer to your spouse.

Note that sometimes the LOE placeholder ("Client Information") disappears from the page. It's the website bug across browsers. Just reload the page or log out/log in and it will reappear.
