I got a bit confused, we have no representative, I am the sponsor and I received the AOR email. My husband and I, we both have been checking our spams and inboxes every day and I'm sure we've got no emails. I just called IRCC but it's closed today because of thanksgiving.
I'm so worried about missing medical and biometric deadlines! Do you get these letters on online account?

I even have the same issue , we have not recieved email to PA or sponsor even in spam just got notification on online account for medical request

How did you upload the bill please? Through GCkeys? I also have to pay for ROPR fees and dont know how and where to upload it

I got this link as part of the attachment in the email where I was requested to pay fee. Check for your case
