I is this program still open fir candidates outside the canada??? I also want to apply but lil confused.

As per cic this interim program was closed on October 8.
And gir work permit it says
As of June 18, 2019, we’ll no longer process new work permit applications to work as in-home caregivers if:

• you’re applying from outside Canada
• you’re applying through the TFWP
• you’ll be working outside of Quebec
• your employer applied for an LMIA on or after June 18, 2019

The home child care provider pilot started accepting application June 18, 2019.

The one that closed in October 8 was the interim program which is only for caregivers inside Canada with at least 1 year of caregiving experience.

After June 18, 2019, they will no longer process the previous pathway for caregivers unless your employer applied for LMIA prior to June 18, 2019
