Hello, I’m in the USA on temporary work permit. My visa is expiring and would need to move back to India in a few months. My parent company has a branch in Canada and I was told I can get an ICT to the Canadian branch. Since my US work visa is expiring in a few months, do I have to apply for ICT from India or is there any complication for applying from the US since I won’t have a valid entry back to the US after ICT expiration. Please guide. Thanks.
