I'm 29 weeks pregnant and already have my PR card. I have visited Calgary once this year(2019), gotten my SIN, opened an account and scouted for a house as I intend to move in in September 2020. I intend to visit again by the time I'm 35weeks so as to give birth. I haven't gotten the Health card yet but will do that once I arrive. After giving birth, I intend to go back to my home country and return in September 2020. Would there be a problem finding a doctor to attend to me?

If you return to your country after giving birth, you will not meet the residency requirement for health coverage. You will have to pay for the birth.

The residency requirement is within a year right? So I'm thinking if I get the health card and spend 3 months by the time I return in September 2020, I should be able to cover up another 3months before the year 2020 runs out. My thought. Cause the reason I'm going back to my home country is to get support with the baby which I won't have while in Calgary

You will want to spend 4-6 months living in the province after the birth of your child to ensure the province doesn't come after you for the costs of the birth and abusing the health care system. If you don't want to remain in Canada after the birth, best to have the child outside of Canada - or have the child in Canada but pay for all costs out of your own pocket. If you use the health care system and then leave, what the province will expect you to pay back will include penalties and fees and will end up costing more than paying for everything yourself.

The residency requirements are in place to prevent exactly what you are trying to do. You must also show that you are settling in Alberta which is currently not the case. You are only arriving to give birth and leave.
