At least you are in the DIP stage. Imagine my surprise that the status submitted does not change for a month.

What happens if they find some documents missing or lacking? Will I get another chance to submit because my 45 days have expired?

The 45 day deadline is just for the initial submission. They usually give you 14 days to submit any additional things they may request and should notify you via email.

I've been working as a baker for about a month and I'm thinking of applying for PR under
OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream.
my employer has agreed to help me with the PR process as the company mets all the requirements but the problem is that i don't think i can stay with this company for 15 months which is the time it takes to get pr under this stream.

-Does anyone know if we can leave our employer and move to different job as we get nominated and apply for PR or do we have to stay with the same employer till we get our PR?

or is it better to get 6 months experience with employer, get 6 months with another employer then apply under express entry?

I am getting crs score around 360 and have 6 years of experience in IT as a software engineer with IELTS overall score is 6.5 (7,7,6,6). If I apply through pnp , will there be any chance of getting invited for PR?
Also Please suggest me which province will be the best in this scenario?

Yes, but that's only for WES and one another assessment aurhority(forgot name). They have mentioned assessment authorities where you require additional steps, and ones not mentioned do not require additional steps. At least that's what I understand

You can go to your IQAS account and they have an option for requesting a duplicate copy. However, they send it by snail mail so you'll have to enter the postal address.

I applied on the 25th of September. I assume it will be 10-15 days before it goes for assessment.

We are on the "submitted stage" from the 11th of September....just saying...didn't change yet. It seems to take now for more than a month...

I had couple of silly questions, hope someone cud throw some light on any of questions here:


I have received OINP nomination and respectively 600 points in my EE profile

Q1: Once I receive ITA, does the further process remain same as regular EE pr?
I.e. Do I need to submit all the docs again?
Q2: If all docs need to be submitted again..Can I use same docs agn? I.e. The bank statements etc I've uploaded for OINP, can i use the again? Will it create prob if it's back dated?
Q3: My IELTS results submitted for OINP is different than express entry Coz it had expired so updated with new one, will iy cause issue?
Q4: what are tentative timelines for entire process post ITA? considering its via pnp

1) Yes you need to submit all the docs again.
2) It is better to get the latest docs especially reference letter and bank statements.
3) No
4) Processing is expedited in general for people with OINP nominations not sure about other PNP's (but again it varies on case to case)
