Sending back my brother to my country

My mom is thinking to send my brother Back to our country because he’s irresponsible, not listening to her that only he’s friends is like the most important to him. He’s PR, his job is housekeeping full time but never pay his dept. He is addicted to online game which he spend most of the money he make. He is also a father that support his kid but that doesn’t mean to forget what you owe right? He promised to pay my mom but never did. He don’t understand whats life here in Canada.
Is there a way to send my brother back to our country? To deport him?

Who do you people think you are to start deporting people? He's a PR, you could kick him out of the house, that's about it but be careful he might also go on welfare and whoever sponsored him will be responsible for any money collected from welfare.... the undertaking last 10 years, try to be nice to him or you might regret it later.
