Visa rejection

Today I got study visa rejection instead of Good scores. My ielts score was 7 band overall ur less than 5.5 and 86% in +2 commerce and the reason for rejection is 5.5 in ielts but my question is can i get visa if reappear in ielts and get 6 each what are the chances of visa success pls help

Yes if you reapply with strong IELTS score and good sop you will surely get visa
