my wife recently got her COPR (via family sponsorship, spouse)

Does she need a PRTD to enter canada?

I assume she has not already landed and activated the CoPR?..

If not, then no. Passport and CoPR then declare PR.

She cannot have a PRTD as she is not yet PR!
