Applied for notes...but didn't get it...I have no idea what to do now... mailed to Ralph once..he said eligibility recommend pass, criminality passed and security not started...

I don't think you need to liquidate them, the FD certificate is enough with your bank statement for The Cash.
Recently happenings have it that POF is not usually checked during entrance.
Rest assured, you have no problem either way

Congrats, I’m assigned to that officer too, have seen some recent movement in my file but no PPR yet. Fingers crossed

What do we know about the logic of IRCC lol? I'd say there's a very good chance you'll get PPR really soon. Try to relax :)
