Hello,
I have a study permit which expires 30 December, 2019.
I was not aware that one must inform Canada Immigration if they change levels of study.
I graduated my previous undergraduate program on 01 May, 2019, and accepted an application to study at my new program, which starts 03 September, 2019.
However, I did not inform Canada Immigration that I would be starting another program.
Does this mean that my study permit has been terminated, as there is a rule which stipulates that study permits extend only 90 days after you complete your studies? Do I have to apply for restoration of my study permit?
Thanks for all your help.
