You need to apply for a TRV for both you and your child. if approved, yes, she can come with you. It's highly unlikely that they will approve your TRV and deny your child - in that case, they would just deny you both.

A question regarding the support letters for the relationship......

Because my partner cannot travel to Canada he's never actually met anyone from my family. He knows my brothers because I face time sometimes around them when they are over my place but he never physically met them

The letters I have so far are from his sister & neighbour both I have met and seen many times on my trips to visit him and know about our relationship, my question is would this look fishy if the only letters of support are from his country? What do you guys suggest?

The letters need to be real, that's all. Your brothers can write letters where they say that they have Facetimed with your partner on many occasions. There's no rule that they had to meet in person.

Ok thanks! Again sorry for the questions....I need some clarification

I believe his mom had made a refugee claim and was deported from Canada like over 10 years ago....she was here on a work visa and made a refugee claim

now does this affect his chances of getting approved? Does his parents actions affect his & mine application?
