Can PNP withdraw your nomination after Landing?

Long story short: Got a job offer, applied to MPNP, received nomination and applied with Express Entry.
Got my PR VISA.The employer informed me that they did not have enough time to do all the documents, so job is not anymore available.

After landing got a new job. After a while got a letter from PNP immigration (computer generated), that my nomination can be withdrawn.

I am in Canada, with PR Card, working for a new company, in the same province.

Can this affect me? Thank you!

You should be consulting this with an immigration lawyer and not random internet strangers.
So in your opinion this Forum is useless? I will remind you why this forum exists: For people having questions, being in trouble, and getting help from others that had similar experience.

Anyone can go right away and consult with an immigration layer. Why not to do a little research before and ask some opinions from other who have been through the same...

Every case is a different case, no two cases are similar cases. What you mentioned in your post represents a situation which can have dire consequences. Would you want to rely on information given to you by some random internet stranger, which may or may not be false, or a licensed attorney who has experience dealing in such matters?

The purpose of this forum is to direct you the right path, which you had been, which was to consult an immigration attorney.

You should also be aware of the fact that, people who might have had the knowledge did not choose to attend to you, on this forum, because of lack of complete information on your case and the consequences of giving you incorrect information, which could had made your case worse. You would had got the help and advice here, if it had been the right point of query.

When you commit a crime or are accused of a committing one (which you had been, which is why they said your nomination might be withdrawn), you go to a lawyer to represent you and not go to internet.

1. I have an immigration consultant that told me not to worry because I did everything as I was supposed, in my case, the company that offered me a job offer did something unclear to us.

2. After talking with my immigration consultant, I asked for other peoples opinions here.

3. I did not do any crime, and the letter I received is automatically generated by PNP computer system, and it does not tell me that its a crime.

4. Yes I contacted an immigration lawyer, "one of the best around here" she confirmed that I should not be worried, I did everything correct, and I replied to the letter with more than enough details.

I just didn't get any response, my immigration consultant tells me that I will not even get one. Immigration lawyer asked to contact an immigration office if I want a response, but its hard to catch an immigration officer.

I just hoped that anyone had similar situation that could share.

Thank you!
