Hi Do fill the IRCC Webform, though that doesn't seems to be a big issue. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx However, to be on safer side, just inform IRCC about the mistake. Mention the UCI and Application Number while filling the Webform. Good Luck
