Joining the CAF as a Chaplain.

Gotta a question and I am pretty sure I will find an answer here. Soon, I will be going for medical exam as a preparation for joining the CAF as a Chaplain, which is an honor. So, what are the pros and cons of working as the CAF as a Chaplain specifically? Also, what are the scenario of the hiring process?
I really appreciate any help or tips of advice anyone will offer.
