Bs65 incident happened almost 10 years ago , not 5 years ago.
Even I go for rehabilitation will that effective even Honestly even was not remember because I was notbad drunk also I was dropping guest to bus stop. Police pulled me over 2011 , they said come to court they took my car. They gave me suspension one year. £80 fine . I lived there 9 years . 1 year to my home country, 8 years I have been living here.
I never pulled by police before or after in my whole life. It was only happened in my life. I have disable son . I don't want their life in problem because of me .
Don't know how do I fix this .
In H & C can I apply for rehabilitation?

Rehabilitation will not overcome misrepresentation. People don't forget DUIs.

What was your BAC?

Hi

Please guide me I'm very depressed
You should start planning to leave and what you'll do back in your home country. There's nothing anyone can really do to guide you - you've committed misrepresentation, and that too for a serious offense. DUI is punishable by 10 years imprisonment in Canada.

If you like, you can spend some money and talk to a lawyer to make sure there's no other option.

Your son also isn't really considered really "disabled". It sounds like he has mild autism. He doesn't seem to need intense daily therapy. Based on your previous posts he needs speexh language pathology.

Not sure how anyone can forget that they got arrested unless it happens often. The issue goes back to when you applied for TRVs. You had to declare your arrest all the way back at that point and it was only a year old.

The issue is what the equivalent charge is in Canada, not how much a fine you paid. If your BAC was over the limit (doesn’t matter by how much....that’s why it’s called a limit) the equivalent would be a DUI. You were inadmissible to Canada when you first came and would not have been given a TRV if you had told IRCC about your history. They gave you a TRV because you gave incomplete information. And that’s misrepresentation.

Time to lawyer up.
