Booking Tickets, before/after COPR

Hi All, is it possible/advised to book tickets once we submit passport, before the COPR or should we book after?

If before, we are booking 3 weeks from date of submission

You can book tickets whenever you want. It can take many weeks or even months to get the passport/COPR after submission.

You can book whenever but there is absolutely no guarentee as to when you will get your document back... to me i wouldnt risk it

Agree with above only book if refundable otherwise wait until you have your passports/COPRs in your hands as impossible to predict when you will get anything back.
