What if my mother-in-law’s surname is not there in my spouse's passport and other documents but present in his graduation documents? I am applying for Express Entry and my spouse is a secondary applicant.

Thanks for replying.. Is it confirmed or do we need to attach the affidavit for one and same name. As we are claiming points for spouse education also, hope there will be no problem later as I am near to receive ITA.

There should not be any problem, you may or may not get an affidavit. Anyway, I'll make it simple for you to decide, get one!
