Hi , I have a question about Study Permit break term.

I arrived at Toronto on June 11, 2019 as a visa student and my student visa period is until January 31, 2020.

I am planning to go to Toronto Public College in January of 2020.

I have a plan to return to my country by September 27th to complete(graduation) the English course called Pathway and English Speech course at a Language School and return to Canada in mid-December 2019 before attending College.

I want to work in Canada after receiving a PGWP work-permit after finishing my 6th semester of college in Toronto a few years later.
I heard that if I don't abide by the 90days rules(having gap more 90days) , I can be affected when I get a PGWP visa.

Then I found out about the 90-day rule for a student visa. It's a rule that there should be no more than 90 days of absence between school years, and it turns out that it's been 90 days before.

I recently heard that it has been changed from 90 days to 150 days. I searched on the website canada.ca and found some similar content, but I am not sure if they apply to me.

thanks!

There is no problem in doing that.

Does that mean there's no problem if there's more than 90 days of absence? Thank you so much
If what you are doing is as follows, then it is okay.

1) you are leaving Canada once you graduate from the language school in Canada
2) There is a gap between your graduation of language school, and you being admitted in the public school in Canada.
3) If there is time between the two programs, you can do whatever you want in between the two programs.

You cannot take a leave from one program, to go to your home country and return to finish your studies. It must be in between programs.
