I tried my level best to find sense on your posts but you again proved everyone of us in the pool wrong. Kindly have some research and then post your comments, the picture you have shown is about targets and have you ever tried to check the records about no of ITAs issued. Bring some reality in you first and then take such names. You are the person who is consistently throwing negativity instead of writing something which would either motivate someone or pat their back for a better step forward. Just check the numbers in targets and what actually has been issued. As per previous trends there would be roughly 94K + - ita to be issued in this year and around 35K are yet to be issued before year end.

In 2017, Total issued ITA were 86,023 against target of 71,400 and similarly in 2018 they issued 89,800 against 74,900 which means 20% higher than the targeted numbers and this year targets are around 81,400 just do some math while adding 20% on it.

https://www.cicnews.com/2019/01/express-entry-2018-was-big-and-2019-could-be-bigger-0111683.html#gs.2g7bic

I think they they will increase ITA’s to 3900 from October and b2b in December. So towards end of the year scores will come down < 450’s.

Hi Everyone!

First of all Thanks to each one of you for sharing your experiences in this forum. I am processing my Express Entry Application independently and this forum has really helped me :)

Now about my EE, my CRS is 457 and I missed August 20, 2019 draw :( with a tie breaker rule.

The score since May 2019 has been consistently high and the last draw#125 also saw an increase of 6 points with CRS 463.. so I wanted know what are my chances of getting the ITA?
Don't worry you have a good chance of getting it in Oct itself.

Thx
Company xxxx is not in good terms with company yyyy now.

Company xxxx says they can mention whole story on their letter head that I have always been their employee since 2012 and xxxx sent me to work with yyyy because they were partners at that time.

Besides, if cic has any problem with this one year then still I am fulfilling the criteria of both, 3 year experience and primary job code, so should this one year cause any problem?
Were you on the payrolls of the Indian company in that one year period? If yes, and as your company is willing to issue you a letter of reference for that one year, don't show apart from your personal history section. You have been a representative of the Indian company since 2012 till date and your company has authorized you to represent it in Bangkok with company yyyy on behalf of company xxxx wherein you were on the payrolls of the company xxxx. It sounds good and looks good provided, your Indian company mentions the same rather than mentioning the partner thingy.

Though I totally agree with that 'saying' 'One must do their best before falling back to luck', you must understand that one can only try their best, if they remain optimistic throughout. Good wishes aim to bring about such positivism in the group. And as for 'hang in there', what makes you think that those in 440s have no chance, or that telling them to hang on equates to false hope? H
an example for you. @EnthuChap was stuck in the limbo since forever. His CRS is about 442. Each draw acted as the abysmal dark encroaching further and further upon his ray of hope. A couple of weeks ago he landed an OINP invitation. Now do you think it was wrong to ask such a guy to 'hang on' when he was feeling down some? He is one of the greatest motivational stories this group has seen so far (and his is not an isolated case).
So please, try to understand the significance of 'hang on' and 'good luck', before you jump in with your stoicism.

Besides, this is not something to even argue about. It's a human thing to wish well upon others. Men wish each other good luck, even when in a failing cause, because such is the meaning of the phrase 'good luck'. A good dose of luck can outdo peril. And equally truthful is the saying, that 'without luck, even the best of preparations may fail'. Moreover, wishing well upon others is very well a part of most cultures around the world! How can you even go against something so universal!
I totally concur with you mate. When you know that there are options and until you have reached a stage of stalemate, its a sin to lose hope. Its totally understandable that u can't carve out an opportunity of an outright ITA, owing to a low score, but one can stay abreast with all available options, condition the profile to suit a PNP etc.

I was at 448 and I was confident that, I will get an ITA with that score too - fortunately, I received an OINP NOI. This could happen because I was aware that OINP can get me through and I chose my NOC wisely and satisfied OINP requirements. And now I am waiting patiently for a result. One can be impatient for a while out of the difficult state, but should not lose hope. Opportunity won't knock your door if you are not ready to grab that opportunity.

Cheers

I have criticized @facethereality in a previous post, saying there was a proper way to educate people.

In this case though I agree with him and am on his side. A poster made a claim that 40k ITA are left and that "you will be picked without failure". If that is not true then that is seriously misleading people.

He provided facts and a reasonable explanation, in this one instance im with him...he was not being negative.

edit: if his numbers are incorrect then that is a different story.
Bro, never rely on someone else. The truth and pattern is something you can discover yourself - no need to blindly believe. All the facts/stats/figures are available for past years. Every year the ITA number has surpassed the previous year's total ITAs issued figure. Last year's intake figure was 74,900 and therefore 89,000 ITAs were issued. Going by what I stated earlier, 89,000 is the number to surpass or match this year. You can do rest of the maths and ten you would certainly disagree.

So, before you agree or disagree, try and research the truth out there. Good luck!

Immigration is a key value of Canada and it is for sure one of the big topics in Canada election

https://biv.com/article/2019/09/immigration-likely-be-pivotal-issue-canadian-election

Canadian are like kinda agree/disagree

I am personally immigrant too so I have no comment on this.

But you know sth is not good in the system when you see something like this on the street

The public response to the new billboards has been “overwhelmingly positive,” Patrick Sullivan, president and CEO of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce said, noting that was not the case for the earlier anti-immigration ads.

This is the worst ROH thread I have seen in my short time following these threads. There are now so many trolls, petty bickering etc. I know the last draw hit some like a brick but jeez I didn't expect this thread to be the den of depression.
