2. Should I get ECA from any other body like ICAS,IQAS,ICES instead of WES, is it ok or not which body is most authentic?

3. I did Graduation and Masters from same Government University, most university officials reluctant to send seal envelope directly to WES ,if it is happened what should I do?

An MBBS degree and Masters degree are considered the same according to IRCC. If your work experience is in medical practice, ECA by MCC is your best route. If it's mostly research, then WES and the other alternatives are best.
Your IELTS is a bit low, but being that you're considering a PNP pathway, it might be inconsequential.
I don't know that Medical Practitioners are welcomed via PNP, so it's best know what set of occupations get nominated.

Great story! I am glad all worked out. can't agree more "we were going to contribute to the society that is welcoming us with open arms". Best of luck!

Swept away at last. We submitted what we thought were perfectly prepared applications of January 17, 2019. We had hired a consultancy to review our documents and represent us. Resigned from my then job and took up a new job in a new country after this. I was hoping to resign while in probation and move to Canada for good in a few months. But destiny had different plans. :)
We never called IRCC. Raised a CSE after the much hyped “6 months” were over and were told that additional verifications are under way. Also, had mailed Ralph around the same time and was told that Criminality is cleared, rest nothing had started. All this made us anxious and we ordered GCMS. Few weeks later, PPR email beat the GCMS notes.
We were sort of kicked out of the United States in July 2017 for no real reason (well my H1 amendment was randomly denied after a buffoon took charge in the Oval Office) after ~5 years of glory. We had invested our everything in building a future in the USofA. At 4 am on July 14, 2017, me and my wife along with our 3 year old daughter were going hotel to hotel in Mumbai’s Andheri looking for a shelter in the rainy season and to rest after 24 hours of airplane on us. I had 9 large suitcases and cabin bags. Another 10 boxes were on a ship only to arrive largely damaged a month later. We braved it, moved into a hotel, then to a distant acquaintance’s apartment, then to a night in the train, then to a fungus infected guest house over the next one month to finally find solace in Bangalore, India in an apartment owned by an ISRO director. He told us that god will shower his love on us in his apartment. :)
6 months later, I had a long term Swedish work permit from my employer for my then current project, an offer to return to the US to lead a major account, an offer from a top bank in the UAE and an ITA for applying for Canadian Permanent Residency. We had made our choice. We were going to contribute to the society that is welcoming us with open arms.
The long wait after the AoR did play on our nerves a bit but one thing was always clear to us that it’s going to be Canada. The forums and WhatsApp groups gave equal amount of anxiety and comfort. But I reckon that they can be helpful for applicants preparing documentation on their own.

Many thanks to everyone for sticking around and supporting. Special mentions to @PrasadK @rushi.gada.
I pray and I am super confident that all of you will be swept away soon.
All the very best friends!

Will get started with the planning now. Time to go and live the next chapter of our lives to the fullest

Signing off for now

Hello guys....

My present status as per Ralph’s email on 29/08/2019 is :

MEDICALS - Passed
ELIGIBILITY IN PROGRESS - Recommended Pass
CRIMINALITY - Passed
SECURITY - Not started
INFO SHARING - Complete

My AOR is 16/02/2019 and VO - CPC OTTAWA and we are a family of 3 (me {primary applicant}, my wife n my daughter).

Today I just got an email reply for my first CSE webform request sent by me last week. I am not sure if this is a standard reply OR Is it really case specific.

My question is - DO THEY ALWAYS MENTION “YOUR BACKGROUND VERIFICATIONS ARE CURRENTLY IN PROCESS” in general in the format or only when they are really processing the files ????

Sorry, may be I am trying to read through the lines.

I am copy pasting the entire reply. Please have a look and share your valuable insights as to whether it is a Generic reply or a CSE reply.

Good day xxxxxxx,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

You will find below useful information that we hope will help understand the process and current status of your application for permanent residence:

· Your application was received via your account on February 16, 2019.

  • The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
    • you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.

· Your application is currently being processed at the Case Processing Centre (CPC-O) in Ottawa, Ontario.

  • The background verifications are currently in process.

  • The medical examination results on file are valid for you and your spouse and your dependent child.
IRCC is committed to reviewing most permanent resident applications submitted online within a 6-month time frame. Although the processing times may vary, rest assured that we are making the necessary efforts to finalize your application within established processing times.

Furthermore, any person applying for permanent resident status (except live-in caregivers) and their family members*, if applicable, must have a medical exam done by a Panel Physician authorized by IRCC before sending their application.

Your medical exam results are valid for 12 months only. If you do not come to Canada as a permanent resident within that time, you may need to have another exam.

For more information, please visit our website.

*A family member is a spouse, common-law partner, dependent child or dependent child of a dependent child.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

Sincerely,
Xxxxxxx

P.S. - sorry for the long post guys. I think the painful waiting period is taking its toll on me

Eligibility is always the issue. If you are recommended passed go buy a tall drink and revel in some joy. Its not unheard of, but its extremely rare, that an officer contradicts an agents recommend. You are like 98% passed on eligibility,

Start thinking about tickets, which NHL team you like, how you'll spend your summers, which fleece jackets will complement your figure, start the job hunt, make resolutions not how to eat too much naan, kebabs, samosas or papadums, remember that polygamy is illegal in Canada so dont get carried away with the changes, and all in all enjoy life buddy. You are almost there!

Hello @cansha @legalfalcon @rushi.gada @vinayk....

Hope you guys are doing ok.

Need your help on the below concern.

Apparently with the news that we wont be able to call the call center agents from next week I called CIC today and unfortunately this was the first time ever in these 7 months I cam across a very weird agent named SWALLIONE or something I am sure I have misspelled that.

He started threatening me saying I have called so many times till date plus have involved local MP, there seems to be a problem with my file and started scaring me saying should I report this?

To which I replied no its ok please dont. I called as have passed 7 months. Then after scaring me to extreme he told me the status saying Eligibility is under review which was surprisinng as when I called last Friday it was in que for review by an officer.

Also started asking am I sure I was eligible for express entry coz it doesn’t seem so. Also said there is some problem with my file do you want me to report or to get the answer hire a immigration lawyer.

Then I realised that he is just scaring me and nothing else as he seemed frustrated with me calling in and asking the status.

The concern is can he do anything wrong to my file as previous agent I spoke they told me I can call anytime and check the status.

This guy said now to call directly in Feb 2020.

Have any of you come across such weird agent!

I would appreciate your reply on this.

Thanks!
Sweet mother of the lord Bunny thats not nice at all... Im very sorry. When you get your PPR and move there report this somehow and escalate. Maybe @legalfalcon can advise if there is something that can be done to make sure that regulations and ethics prevent this type of harassment - perhaps there is a way to whistle-blow.

What a douche

Hang in there dude...

Congratulations mate. My case is some what same, buy not such a long list of travel. But time lines are same.

But I don see my PPR invite coming till next year . Just had a word with one of my relative he has a good rep. With local MP. It seems now offices are being diverted to elections.

So I believe this is what is going to happen going forward. Oct. Elections. November they will settle in. December is festivity for them. So goodbye 2019. If something happens it will happen in 2020.

So lucky you and you very well deserved it. Best of luck mate.

Dude....this is scary.

I guess he was just fraustrated.
I guess they are diverting there agents to elections. That the reason the call centre is going down and this agent was overloaded.

Relax and no use following up rigorously. They will make move when they like.

Remember we are just a fish in the pond. If one or two are left out will hardly make them any difference.

Your planning and actions hardly matters to them unless you are making them move out of their comfort zone. And you being a candidate can face the consequences.

So relax, wait and watch.
