As per what I have observed on immitracker, not many PPRs are being issued to Indians resident in India. Maybe there is some country wise quota. Just guessing.

I am tired of this process anyway. I gave an interview today and it went really well. If I get the role, then I don't think that I will move to Canada. I really really wanted to move there but now I feel that they don't want us for whatever reason. Maybe they are tiring us out by delaying the PPR so that we give up eventually.

I know that I sound pessimistic but this is how I feel now.

This is why I say after a certain point they should just refuse applications so people can move on with their lives.

With each month passing, it's getting even worse. They're now issuing PPRs to March 2019 applicants.

Can you believe some of us might still be here in the new year. There is no amount of excuse that will justify this delay. This is pathetic!!!

I don't think that's true. I think last year more than 40% of PRs went to India. And I don't think they're changing policy any time soon.

Stay positive.

Thanks for your response.I will upload a new statement with the balance for today and an average for the last 6 months.Did you attach any cover letter with your full account number?
No they don’t need the full number. It really doesn’t make sense to provide it because there is no chance that CIC will ask a bank for confirmation

I entered all the details as per the instructions...but...cant find the file?
Its an issue IRCC system is having after you hear " based on the input you have entered we cannot find that file" just press 0 to speak to a representative provide them with your application number and they will give you the information you need.
