I tried that as well. Still no applications found.
I think most people have problem with the place of birth field, did you try to use the exact way to spell it in your passport ? Also have you ever ordered GCMS note, if so try to input the field similar to the way they do it in your GCMS note.

Did you try this method?
  1. Log in to your MyCIC/GCKey at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html
  2. Click on Add (link) your application to your account.
  3. Choose "Permanent Resident Card".
  4. Fill in the windows including the day that you became a PR (landing interview/the day you received your CoPR). Choose and fill in the UCI Number and Family Name.
  5. Search the application and add
This method worked so well for me, tried it first time and worked right away didn't try anything else

Hello,

Is it mandatory to have the PR card to apply for health card (Ontario) ?

I landed on 16th Aug and later found (by calling CIC) that they recorded the address only on my PR card application and not on my wife and daughter's applications. They corrected this over the call however it looks like this will take additional time now for us to get the cards. Hence the question about Ontario health card. If anybody can provide their inputs please.

Using COPR you can apply for a health card and also SIN. we did the same.
I am in the same situation. my husband and son's address was updated and mine wasn't during landing. They updated the address on Aug 26th and still waiting.

Any idea how long it might take after address update?

Thanks. I was told that they have sent a reminder to the concerned team who takes care of the printing of the cards, and to wait for 30 days before following up again. I will anyway call again next week to check the status.

When did you update the address? They asked me to wait for 6 weeks before I call them again.

Linked application on 15 Aug and no update after that for PR card.
Is the processing time differ for inland and outland applicants?
