Received Golden Email on October 8 2019.
Documents Sent (October 15):
As per golden email we submitted all the requested information to CPC ottawa address (From USA) through UPS on October 15th.
Issues faced - (October 15 - October 31):
1) Went to UPS store and requested the customer care person to suggest the right service to send the Passports,as its very important, He suggested
a) 2 day service
b) 4 to 7 day Service
2) As we had time we sent our passports through option b - 4 to 7 days service and we paid only $10 for the same and got the tracking id.
3) Even after 2 days the tracking Id was not activated. So we started following it up and came to know:
a) That service will take near 21 days to deliver.
b) Tracking may or mayn't get activated.
c) We initially doubted as they charged only $10.
d) UPS said they sent the Package to USPS, Which was a news for us.
e) USPS said they didn't receive the package. Reason: After 10 days of back and forth follow up we found that USPS didn't scan our package.
f) So till 10 days we are not able to track where is our package and what happened to our passports.Meanwhile we started exploring all negative possibilities like missing package check , etc....
g) Final after 15 days of no sleep and night mare somehow we found through USPS, our package is in transit to Canada CPC Ottawa office.
Lessons learnt: Use the fastest and reliable shipping service by prior investigation
Received Passport confirmation email - (November 1):
1) Meanwhile we contacted Service Canada (1 888 242 2100) and sent email to Canada Embassy

2) Canada Embassy did a excellent service and responded immediately on November 1st as they received the passport on October 31.
3) We already sent the self addressed UPS envelope ,but they suggested to use the FED-EX service. As per that we sent the FED-EX shipping label in email and by Gods grace we received our passports back on Nov 19 2019.
