But if I directly download from website form downloaded is dated 2019-6

Which one should I fill n submit

i have been asked to resubmit schedule A Background (5669E) for parent and grandparent programe 2019...but there are two versions of same form 11-2018 & 6-2019.which one is valid and accepted.
