hey guys,

I applied for my PNP PR application withdrawal together with the fees receipts and I just got a letter of withdrawal approval from CIC but with no mention of any refund process being stared or even considered.
Should I send another webform regarding refund to know where I stand? Or no mention and just confirmation of withdrawal is a norm and I might get a refund confirmation at some point in the future?

Thanks!

Have you already submitted the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) before you withdrew your application? If you haven't, then there isn't anything to be refunded to you. Once they started processing your application, they will not refund you anything. If you want request a refund for your RPRF, you can do it from here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/refund.asp You need to let them know that you want to request a refund, otherwise they probably won't give it back to you...

hey

yeah I paid RPRF for both myself and my spouse. My spouse's name hadn't even been added to my file at the time of withdrawal so I also requested processing fee as her case hadn't even started.
