PGWP & SOWP

I have completed my PG dip a d waiting for the graduation letter to apply the PGWP. My wife is here with SOWP with 2 kids under the visitor permit. I did a part time job till may and after that I didn't work. Though my wife had the SOWP, she didn't work as she had to look after the kids. Can I apply my PGWP along with her SOWP and Visitor Visa for kids or initially i have apply for the PGWP first and their applications later?
2. Spouse arrived here on 28/05/19 and didn't work. We have enough money in our account. We can show that. But, will it be a negative impact on our Visa

You need a skilled job and 3 payslips for your wife to apply for a work permit extension. Make sure to apply to change her status to visitor and to extend the visitor status of your children before expiry.

Hi Canuck, sorry i forgot to ask. Does the skilled job (NOC 0,A,B) to apply for SOWP, needs to meet the median wage level or just need to meet the province's minimum wage?

No wage requirement.

Really??? this is really a good news!. I thought I really have to wait for the approval of my PGWP. So I can just say as an explanation like "I'm still waiting for the approval of my PGWP and she needs to be here already etc."?

Hi, I am santhosh. I am also in the same situation. I have applied my PGWP on 27th August 2019. My PGWP is still in process. But I got a NOC A level job on 1st september 2019. Can i apply for my Spouse WP with letter of explanation stating that my application is in process. Does this worls?

Yes. Include a letter of explanation with her app details.

Hello Everyone.

I am not sure if you guys can help.

I came to canada on study and completed my masters in 2018. Right after that i started my job in NOC B and its been 1.4 years. I am working on pgwp. I am from Pakistan. They rejected my husband's visit visa twice when i was a student.

after getting PGWP i applied for his work permit. and showed ban proof of around 15000$ plus my salary slips and employment letter. They rejected it again.

I thought may be they dn allow spouses with pgwp's. Kindly help what can I do.

I thought I will apply for EE but hese days scores are too high. I wil get an invite in 3-4 months.

Le me know what you guys suggest.

Hi,

My PGWP will expire on November 2020 and before it expires I will be applying for OWP as dependant on my partner's PGWP, his PGWP will expire in November 2022.

Do I need to show ties to home country ?

Please advice as I will be applying for my SOWP in a day or two.

As per my husband, as I am already on my PGWP and inside Canada, we do not need to show ties to home country. However, I am not sure and confused.

Please guide.
