I applied for my husband and got refusal in December and the reason was did not meet the requirements of a spousal open work permit under section 205(c)(ii). And it’s being 45 days my lawyer applied for caips notes what I didn’t get any response
Should i wait or re apply without that?

Not yet because I couldn’t understand the reason and my lawyer said apply for CAIPS notes for the refusal details
