Study permit refusal difficulty

Hello,
My name is Akib jawad and i am from Bangladesh. My student visa got refused in August 2019 for these following reasons,

1. I'm not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216 (1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

2. You are currently attending University level. There is no compelling reason to interrupt your studies to go to canada to study. Proposed studies are not reasonable in light of level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

I finished college in 2016, attended IELTS and the band score in every module is 6 except for speaking which is 7.5 so the overall band score is 6.5. I am currently studying mathematics in the local University. I've got accepted in University of Regina for bachelor in mathematics. I provided every documents needed for visa. I don't understand why i got rejected. Can anybody please explain the reasons to me so that i can fix them and reapply as the offer letter is valid till January2020 session. Hi there, you can ask for their note to find out the exact detail. But to my understanding from your profile its not make sense you as a student in your local university want to get admission with the same course abroad. I think you need to graduate first and apply for higher level in Canada.

It is obvious that Canada offers better quality of education and opportunities which my country lacks to provide. I'm very determined to go to canada to study.
