Hi guys need some advice please! My implied status was denied and I have no idea how long I have to leave? I know you have 90days to restore stat so does that means you have 90 days to get your stuff in order and leave?

I'm assuming you mean that an extension has been refused and you are no longer on Implied Status.

No, you don't have 90 days to get your stuff together. You are in Canada illegally and unless you are applying for Restoration, you need to leave as soon as possible. Generally, 30 days is acceptable.

You have to apply for Restoration.
