Does Humber require WES evaluation because on the site :

Step 2 reads :
We require scanned copies of original certified secondary school graduation transcripts for diploma and degree programs, and any college or university transcripts for postgraduate programs and degree programs. All documents must be accompanied by a notarized, official translation into English (where applicable).

Is it possible I just scan and upload my high school diploma which is in english?

WES is generally only for immigration purposes, schools do not require it.

Do you have to pay tuition fees only after loa offer?

I have applied for humber’s information technology solutions program for jan 2020 intake on 9 May. Program has been waitlisted now. So is there any chance to get offer letter or not? Do humber usually provide offer letter to the waitlisted candidates or not?

I just scanned the documents and Humber accepted them without using Wes.

Dont know abt this my cousin's application was also waitlisted then agents immediately withdraw her application nd applied to nxt intake nd she got loa within 5 weeks for next intake ...waitlist means u r qualified for this course but seats r full so they wants u to wait for some miracle ..

How did you withdraw your application? Did your agent do it? Because my agent is telling to ask about defer to the college through portal, she is telling me to do, herself she isn't doing. Can i defer my waitlisted program from September 22 to january 23 by myself through portal, under same application fee? Please help.
