Police clearance from UAE with No Emirates ID

Hi guys
I left UAE in 2007 and do not have any Emirates ID. I need to get police clearance from UAE and confused how and where to apply, what documents needed . I tried to call UAE embassy and Dubai police but they made me more confused. Any of you guys experienced this can help step by step what to do .

I was also in the same boat. Flew back to Dubai and went to the police station located within Dubai Ports in Bur Dubai. They have a complete department there for this. You need your current passport, the passport which held your last residence visa, two copies of both passports and two passport sized photos. I’m not sure about the procedure if you’re not able to fly to Dubai to do this but you could try calling that police station to see what can be done. I had to do biometrics there so not sure how you will bypass that. Hope this helps.
