Travel Visa - Barcode issue

Hi there,
I have installed the latest Adobe acrobat reader, but every time i validate my completed travel visa form - it gives me barcodes showing 06-2018 dates?
For example = one barcode shows "imm5257_06-2018_5"
the rep said this barcode is wrong. I am very confused...please help me.

Just to clarify the version of the form you are using is IMM5257 (06-2019) E ?

hi there, yes that is correct. the version of the form i downloaded is IMM5257 (06-2019). However, after i validate it, the barcodes that show up are showing 06-2018 dates.
Wondering if this is the way it is?
