I got Procedural fairness letter for misrepresentation.
They said : recommend misrepresentation
eligibility : failed
There is no comments from vo about failed
I did not see anything on refusal column.
I before applied in Canada 1999 & I asked a interview at srilanka, but I did not go interview & got refused, but this time I applied & did not mention my last refusal issue. So they give me PF.
Oh I see. You should have mentioned it in your letter of explanation. Anyway, we can’t change the past.
What does the procedural letter say you should do or provide?
I don’t know much about this procedural fairness but I know it’s serious. I think you should pay for a one time consultation with an immigration Lawyer(not consultant) and ask what are things you provide To them to win your case. This way you’re on the safe side instead of doing this alone especially because I can imagine how sad/scared you must be right now.
It’s really bad that they waited so many years to tell you this crap.
I have a friend in Toronto, shall I ask him to get a lawyer from Canada, to handle my case? please suggest me with more info. Thanks brother

I got married last year and added my spouse to application. They have asked for spouse details on February 2019 and submitted everything by April. Now the file is moved to NDVO and then no update.
Whats your current status.

Yes, try to get one located in canada. Try to keep the meeting to once or twice so you don't have to spend too much money. I'm sure they would have dealt with cases like this before and can help you prepare.

I am so sorry this happened to you. If ‘eligibility’ is failed. Ircc don’t start security,criminality,security. And now decision has been made. I think your application is refused. And if you are given PF letter what is the full text written. Search on youtube “ amarjot singh edmonton” He is a representative iccrc. IRCC misrepresentations can result in 5 year ban. Responding to PF letter is your last option.
Did they banned you to apply for anything for 5 years...? When is your status in canada expiring...?

I already have a UCI ID and an existing medicals (four months old) because of a previous work permit application I made few months ago.
