Urgent !!! Please help

i got my application cancelled due to invalid police check.....i already sent back my country to begin the process which might take a month to receive it.

Today I got new invitation...Due to urgent can I apply for AoR today and attach the delivery, reciept with LOE for it ? And after one month I will update the police check through webform while waiting for Mep to be updated. Is it possible to do it or I will get cancelled as incompleted ?

Was the PCC missing in earlier application or was it incorrect/insufficient?
It is better to submit a complete application rather than wait for pending documentation.

Thank for your reply, my previous application was cancelled as incompleted due to incorrect. That's why I already created another application, today i just got ITA........ya, i understand that need to wait for new ppc to be arrived but my case need to urgently submit application this time, so ....could I process this method ?

what is more urgent then have a sane file with CIC to take decision, they can reject file as incomplete .

Thank for your reply, actually this time i will submit the evidents that i am applying new PCC with LOE while last time i applied with incorrect PCC

you will have 60 days to submit, do you think you will not get PCC in that timeframe ?

I think it should be arrived next month, but instead of waiting for it to be arrived.....can i apply for AOR first with LOE and evidents of applying new PCC and then update PCC through webform since we gota wait for 40 days till MEP done anyway

No again there are chances of your application getting cancelled as incomplete
Better to wait untill you get everything

What is the urgency?

Nobody here can say whether it will or will not be rejected. But there is a chance. Do you want to take the risk? It is your decision.

Thank for your reply, i am thinking to open two applications, so before MEP for first application I gonna have PCC, then i update with it....at the same time, i will apply for second application, if the first one would be rejected then i still have second one.....if it would be accepted, in this case i gonna two applications at the same time.....so, could I cancel one application and would it be full refund ,?

I don't know how you will do that. And why is probably beyond me. But you clearly have a handle on things. Good luck.
