Hi,

I have a problem linking my application to my account. I have tried all I can enter but still end up unfound. I have sent a webform to report my linking issue. 4 business days have passed and I still not receive a response. I doubt if they will really help me with my case. I know many people also have linking problem. Did you guys try using IRCC Webform to solve it and did it work?

They take around 10 days to respond. Don't worry, they'll definitely reply.

No they read emails and answer accordingly. Sure, they have generic responses available for general inquiries but they'll definitely help.
