same here it's about 14 and a half months that my case is transferred to IRCC , LVO right know my application is under background check-up it's about 4 months.

No. Your eligibility is not done. They are doing your background check and will check eligibility later.
Just be patient. They have staff familiar with cases from Afghanistan and Pakistan. They review them carefully that is why it is taking so long.
Life is not fair. I found that a long time ago. Just be patient. Keep yourself busy.
