So basically it is Thursday and nobody in this group has received the PPR this week. Am I correct?

His passport reached Ottawa office on 31st July so expecting by 25th August I guess.
Where are going to get your passport stamped?

So received this response from Ahmed Hussen's office. If this doesn't trigger to process my application. I honestly doubt anything will.

So received this response from Ahmed Hussen's office. If this doesn't trigger to process my application. I honestly doubt anything will.
Wow! Bold move! Hope to hear good news from you soon.. And hope all backlogs get cleared soonest!
We had mailed him and sent my husbands offer letter and mentioned that he applied considering he will get PR, but now he might loose his job if we do not get it by July as I will have to travel to Canada and then he has to get his copr and then go to border.
I don't know if they actually did something or not because the next week review of additional notes became NA (sat saw the change) and following Monday PPR mail came. We did not get any reply from him or his officers.
So I would like to believe they actually helped us because this will leave others hopeful!
Also we sent the same mail and offer letter to the Ottawa office (via webform) simultaneously with a difference of 1-2 days and they even gave no reply.
I received a similar reply from this office on July 5.
I honestly don't know if it triggered anything.
Basing it on your signature, it seemed like you did not get PPR yet.. I don't know what else to think. They all tell us the same thing. I hope they stop making draws and finish processing all backlogs first!!!
Your application is actively sitting in the queue, that's what he said.

So there is no draw since 24th july ... Draw was supposed to come yesterday... Maybe they are delaying invitations to clear backlogs
I actually wrote to his office showing concern for the backlogs of 2018 applicants and how 2019 cases are being processed faster. I never expected his office would reply.
I'm very happy to know it worked out for you. We can still believe maybe his office did help in someway.
