Called them today again, the agent told me new due date for my application, Sep 1, what’s going on, I don’t understand, last time they told me Jul 31.
AR-Dec 1 2017
Probably you said that before...sorry if so...
Are you single applicant? There was any delay by you?

Thanks, man, really appreciate it, but we are a small local law firm based on Vancouver Island. No other branch whatsoever...
Oh ok.
I just finished talking to a consultant.
They are saying I should not apply for open work permit, they said if I continue with it, it’s definitely going to be refused again. So they said I should ask my employer for a compliance, which would be a closed permit

What do you think bro?

Just do a restoration , since that was the last letter told you to. and it's different from applying for an open work permit .that's only my suggestion , it's totally up to you man .

Okay bro.
Just don’t want to do any silly mistake as this would be my final trial.
I also go with what the letter says

But how much do think it may cost if I go with what the consultant says?

I just got my CBCA notes. Under security I have this RCMP screening
Activity #2
New Value: Batch Sent
Activity #1
New Value: No reportable trace
Do you have any idea what does it mean?

Also, the status of my medical says: Passed - expired. (it was valid till Apr 2018)
Did anyone get PR with expired medical? or you have to do a new one? Do you guys know?

I'm a single applicant June 29, 2017 !! I did not get any updates since they requested police certificate in May 2018

NRT - No Reportable Trace means you are cleared on RCMP database
